Production & Shipping

Some products may be custom-made, specially manufactured, modified, configured or prepared according to customer specifications. This may include products manufactured in special dimensions, colors, technical configurations, non-standard accessories, project-based requirements or customer-requested modifications. For such products, production, procurement and preparation times are separate from shipping times. The shipping period begins only after the product has been completed, quality checked, packed and handed over to the carrier. Custom-made or special-order products may require additional preparation time depending on production schedule, material availability and technical requirements.

These may include products manufactured in special dimensions, colors, technical configurations, project-based requirements, non-standard accessories or customer-requested modifications. Custom-made, special-order, modified, personalized or customer-specific products are not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange once production, procurement or order preparation has started. Such products are manufactured or prepared specifically according to the customer's request and may not be suitable for resale as standard stock items. Returns or exchanges may only be considered in cases of confirmed manufacturing defect, delivery damage or non-conformity confirmed by VATPAN STORE. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, measurements, color selections, technical requirements, delivery information and order details carefully before confirming an order for custom-made or special-order products.

The post-mounted industrial panel features a modular body structure. The covers, all mounting hardware, and posts, as well as the horizontal connecting parts, are manufactured from 1.5 mm 304-grade stainless steel sheet. Post-mounted stainless steel modular electrical panels are designed for general-purpose indoor applications. They are rated IP54, providing protection against dust and water droplets up to 60. Since freestanding industrial panels are typically installed in outdoor environments exposed to environmental influences, they provide a degree of protection against the harmful effects that foreign solid objects (substances that may fall inside, dust carried by the wind) and water (dripping water) that could cause damage to the equipment inside the panel.
