Production & Shipping

Some products may be custom-made, specially manufactured, modified, configured or prepared according to customer specifications. This may include products manufactured in special dimensions, colors, technical configurations, non-standard accessories, project-based requirements or customer-requested modifications. For such products, production, procurement and preparation times are separate from shipping times. The shipping period begins only after the product has been completed, quality checked, packed and handed over to the carrier. Custom-made or special-order products may require additional preparation time depending on production schedule, material availability and technical requirements.

Cancellation, Return & Exchange

Certain products offered by VATPAN STORE may be custom-made, specially manufactured, modified, configured, personalized or prepared according to customer specifications. These may include products manufactured in special dimensions, colors, technical configurations, project-based requirements, non-standard accessories or customer-requested modifications. Custom-made, special-order, modified, personalized or customer-specific products are not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange once production, procurement or order preparation has started. Such products are manufactured or prepared specifically according to the customer's request and may not be suitable for resale as standard stock items. Returns or exchanges may only be considered in cases of confirmed manufacturing defect, delivery damage or non-conformity confirmed by VATPAN STORE. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, measurements, color selections, technical requirements, delivery information and order details carefully before confirming an order for custom-made or special-order products.

The 10U 19" Sloping Panel Control Cabinet is an industrial-grade steel enclosure that provides easy operator access and monitoring thanks to its sloped front panel design.
It is ideal for cabinet solutions used in network distribution applications for 19” devices.
This VATPAN C-1557-compliant product is manufactured from durable 1311-grade galvanized steel; its hinged top opens to facilitate equipment installation and maintenance. 
The ventilation holes on the rear panel help facilitate internal air circulation.
It is compatible with 19” wide devices and is particularly suitable for use in areas such as control panels, automation systems, CCTV recording systems, and access control devices.
It offers easy portability thanks to its plastic snap-on carrying handles.
This angled cabinet can be placed on a desktop or on custom-made stands or carrier systems.
