This may include products manufactured in special dimensions, colors, technical configurations, non-standard accessories, project-based requirements or customer-requested modifications. For such products, production, procurement and preparation times are separate from shipping times. The shipping period begins only after the product has been completed, quality checked, packed and handed over to the carrier. Custom-made or special-order products may require additional preparation time depending on production schedule, material availability and technical requirements.

Cancellation, Return & Exchange

Custom-made, special-order, modified, personalized or customer-specific products are not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange once production, procurement or order preparation has started. Such products are manufactured or prepared specifically according to the customer's request and may not be suitable for resale as standard stock items. Returns or exchanges may only be considered in cases of confirmed manufacturing defect, delivery damage or non-conformity confirmed by VATPAN STORE. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, measurements, color selections, technical requirements, delivery information and order details carefully before confirming an order for custom-made or special-order products.

PRODUCT DETAILS
The 19" 12U wall-mounted modular rack cabinet series offers easy installation, a stylish and decorative design, and an aesthetic appearance featuring 4mm tempered glass on the front, cable entry points at the top and bottom, and a top panel suitable for fan mounting, providing you with ease of use. These freestanding rack cabinets have a load capacity of 400 kg, a fully steel construction, and an ergonomic design, complete with 4 adjustable equipment mounts. They are compatible with rack systems ranging from 500 to 300 mm in depth.Optional 2-fan and 4-fan configurations can be installed on the top panel.

Potential products to be housed inside include network access devices, wireless devices (wireless modems/routers), camera recording devices (DVRs), telephone junction boxes (junction boxes or splitters), hubs/switches, external hard drives, UPS power supplies, etc.
