VATPAN STORE is operated by Vat Elektrik Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“VATPAN”, “we”, “our” or “us”). By accessing our website, placing an order, requesting a quotation, creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.

2. Use of Our Website

By using VATPAN STORE, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and that the information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date.

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or unauthorized purpose. You must not attempt to interfere with the security, operation, availability or integrity of the website.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to our website or services if we believe that these Terms have been violated or that the website is being used in an unlawful or harmful manner.

3. Product Information

We aim to present product information, technical details, images, dimensions, specifications, colors, stock status and prices as accurately as possible.

However, product images, colors, technical drawings, measurements and visual representations may differ slightly from the actual product due to screen settings, production tolerances, manufacturing updates, supplier changes or technical improvements.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, product images and visuals are for presentation purposes only. Final product details are determined by the confirmed order, product description, technical specification, approved quotation or written confirmation provided by VATPAN STORE.

VATPAN STORE reserves the right to update, improve, modify or discontinue any product, product detail, technical specification, image, price or content on the website without prior notice, provided that confirmed customer rights under applicable law are not affected.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order through VATPAN STORE does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted. All orders are subject to product availability, payment confirmation, order verification and our final acceptance.

We may refuse, cancel or request additional confirmation for an order in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information
  • Payment failure or suspected fraudulent payment
  • Incorrect price or product information caused by technical or human error
  • Stock unavailability
  • Delivery restrictions
  • Suspicious, unauthorized or unlawful activity
  • Orders that cannot be fulfilled due to production, procurement or logistics limitations

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the relevant amount in accordance with applicable law and our refund procedures.

5. Quotations and Special Requests

Certain products, quantities, configurations, special dimensions, color options or technical requirements may require a quotation instead of direct online purchase.

Quotations issued by VATPAN STORE are valid only for the period stated in the quotation. If no validity period is specified, the quotation may be subject to revision due to changes in raw material costs, exchange rates, logistics costs, taxes, supplier prices, technical requirements or stock availability.

A quotation does not constitute a binding sales agreement until it is confirmed by VATPAN STORE and the required payment or order confirmation has been completed.

6. Custom-Made and Special-Order Products

Certain products offered by VATPAN STORE may be custom-made, specially manufactured, modified, configured, personalized or prepared according to customer specifications. These may include products manufactured in special dimensions, colors, technical configurations, project-based requirements, non-standard accessories or customer-requested modifications.

Custom-made, special-order, modified, personalized or customer-specific products are not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange once production, procurement or order preparation has started.

Such products are manufactured or prepared specifically according to the customer’s request and may not be suitable for resale as standard stock items. Returns or exchanges may only be considered in cases of confirmed manufacturing defect, delivery damage or non-conformity confirmed by VATPAN STORE.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, measurements, color selections, technical requirements, delivery information and order details carefully before confirming an order for custom-made or special-order products.

7. Prices, Taxes and Payment

Prices displayed on VATPAN STORE may vary depending on country, currency, taxes, campaigns, stock status, product configuration, shipping method and applicable legal requirements.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, product prices do not include additional charges such as shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, bank charges, payment service fees or other third-party costs.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Confirmed orders will not be affected by later price changes, except in cases of obvious pricing errors, technical errors, system errors or legally permitted corrections.

Payment must be completed through the payment methods made available on our website or confirmed by VATPAN STORE. These may include bank transfer, online payment systems, Shopify-supported payment infrastructure or other accepted methods.

Orders may not be processed, prepared or shipped until payment has been successfully received, confirmed and matched with the relevant order.

8. Bank Transfer Payments

If bank transfer is selected as the payment method, the customer is responsible for using the correct bank account details, payment reference, order number and payment amount.

VATPAN STORE is not responsible for delays caused by missing payment references, incorrect transfer information, bank processing times, intermediary bank charges or payments sent to incorrect accounts.

Any bank fees, transfer costs, intermediary bank deductions or currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Invoices and Company Information

Invoices are issued based on the information provided by the customer during the order process.

If an invoice is requested on behalf of a company, the customer is responsible for providing accurate company name, billing address, tax office, tax/VAT number and authorized contact information.

VATPAN STORE is not responsible for errors, delays or corrections caused by incomplete or incorrect invoice information provided by the customer.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, estimated delivery times, delivery costs and available regions may vary depending on the product, destination, order quantity, stock status, carrier availability and customs procedures.

Delivery dates provided by VATPAN STORE are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing as binding. VATPAN STORE is not responsible for delays caused by cargo companies, customs authorities, weather conditions, force majeure events, incorrect delivery information, remote delivery addresses or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Additional costs arising from incorrect, incomplete or changed delivery details may be charged to the customer.

11. International Orders, Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, local charges, customs clearance fees, storage charges, inspection costs, brokerage fees and other charges required by the destination country.

VATPAN STORE is not responsible for delays, additional costs, customs procedures, import restrictions, product classification requirements or local legal requirements in the destination country unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the ordered products can be legally imported, installed and used in the destination country.

12. Delivery Inspection and Damage Claims

Customers should inspect the package and product upon delivery.

If the package appears damaged, opened, crushed, wet, missing or otherwise suspicious, the customer should report the issue to the carrier immediately, request a damage report where applicable, take clear photos and notify VATPAN STORE as soon as possible.

Claims related to transport damage, missing items or delivery discrepancies must be supported with relevant documentation, photos and carrier records where available.

VATPAN STORE may not be able to process claims properly if the damage is not reported within a reasonable time or if the required carrier documentation is not provided.

13. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Return, exchange and refund conditions are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Standard products may be eligible for return or exchange if they meet the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Custom-made, special-order, modified, personalized or customer-specific products are not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange once production, procurement or order preparation has started, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defect, delivery damage or non-conformity confirmed by VATPAN STORE.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method or another legally permitted method, in accordance with applicable law and our internal procedures.

14. Warranty and Non-Conformity

Products may be covered by applicable statutory warranty rights and, where provided, manufacturer or VATPAN warranty terms.

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage or defects caused by:

  • Incorrect installation or assembly
  • Misuse, negligence or unauthorized modification
  • Improper storage or handling
  • Use outside the intended purpose or technical limits
  • External impact, liquid damage, corrosion or environmental damage
  • Incorrect electrical connection or unsuitable operating conditions
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by third-party products, accessories or services

If you believe that a product is defective or non-conforming, you must contact VATPAN STORE with the order details, product photos, description of the issue and any relevant documentation.

VATPAN STORE reserves the right to inspect, test or request return of the product before confirming a defect, replacement, repair, refund or other remedy.

15. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

  • Reviewing product details before placing an order
  • Confirming dimensions, technical requirements and compatibility
  • Providing accurate billing, delivery and contact information
  • Ensuring that the product is suitable for the intended use
  • Checking local installation, electrical, safety, customs and compliance requirements
  • Inspecting the product upon delivery
  • Following installation, usage and maintenance instructions
  • Keeping account login details secure

VATPAN STORE is not responsible for losses, delays, returns or additional costs arising from incorrect customer information, unsuitable product selection, installation errors or failure to review product details before purchase.

16. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All content on VATPAN STORE, including product images, texts, technical content, graphics, icons, layout, logos, brand elements, documents and website design, belongs to VATPAN STORE, VATPAN or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, use commercially or exploit any website content without prior written permission.

Product documents, catalogs, datasheets and technical files are provided for informational purposes only and may be subject to revision.

17. Third-Party Links and Services

We are not responsible for the content, security, accuracy, availability, policies or practices of third-party websites or services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VATPAN STORE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, production interruption, installation costs, replacement labor costs or third-party claims arising from the use of our website, products or services.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

19. Force Majeure

VATPAN STORE shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control.
