This may include products manufactured in special dimensions, colors, technical configurations, non-standard accessories, project-based requirements or customer-requested modifications. For such products, production, procurement and preparation times are separate from shipping times. The shipping period begins only after the product has been completed, quality checked, packed and handed over to the carrier. Custom-made or special-order products may require additional preparation time depending on production schedule, material availability and technical requirements.

Cancellation, Return & Exchange

Custom-made, special-order, modified, personalized or customer-specific products are not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange once production, procurement or order preparation has started. Such products are manufactured or prepared specifically according to the customer's request and may not be suitable for resale as standard stock items. Returns or exchanges may only be considered in cases of confirmed manufacturing defect, delivery damage or non-conformity confirmed by VATPAN STORE. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, measurements, color selections, technical requirements, delivery information and order details carefully before confirming an order for custom-made or special-order products.

The 10" 9U Soft Line wall-mounted economical modular rack cabinet offers ease of use with its simple installation, aesthetic design, 4mm tempered glass on the front, cable entry points at the top and bottom, and a top panel suitable for fan mounting. Wall-mounted rack cabinets have a load capacity of 85 kg when mounted on a wall. Manufactured by Vatpan, a leading brand in rack cabinet solutions.
