This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through VATPAN STORE are prepared, shipped and delivered.

VATPAN STORE is operated by Vat Elektrik Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“VATPAN”, “we”, “our” or “us”). By placing an order on www.vatpanstore.com, you agree to this Shipping Policy, together with our Terms & Conditions, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received, confirmed and matched with the relevant order.

Order processing time may vary depending on:

Stock availability
Order quantity
Payment confirmation
Production or procurement requirements
Custom-made or special-order specifications
Public holidays, weekends or operational workload

For bank transfer payments, order processing may begin only after the payment is received and confirmed in our account.

2. Stock Products

Products available in stock are generally prepared for shipment after order and payment confirmation.

Estimated preparation and dispatch times may vary depending on product size, packaging requirements, carrier availability and order volume.

Any delivery date or dispatch estimate shown on our website, quotation, order confirmation or communication is an estimated timeframe unless expressly confirmed in writing as binding.

3. Custom-Made and Special-Order Products

Some products may be custom-made, specially manufactured, modified, configured or prepared according to customer specifications.

This may include products manufactured in special dimensions, colors, technical configurations, non-standard accessories, project-based requirements or customer-requested modifications.

For such products, production, procurement and preparation times are separate from shipping times. The shipping period begins only after the product has been completed, quality checked, packed and handed over to the carrier.

Custom-made or special-order products may require additional preparation time depending on production schedule, material availability and technical requirements.

4. Shipping Methods

VATPAN STORE may use domestic or international cargo companies, logistics providers, freight forwarders, parcel services or other suitable carriers depending on the product, destination, order quantity and shipment size.

The available shipping methods may vary based on:

Order quantity
Packaging requirements
Carrier restrictions
Customs or export requirements
Delivery address accessibility

VATPAN STORE reserves the right to select the most suitable shipping method unless a specific shipping method has been confirmed in writing.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs may vary depending on product size, weight, destination, shipping method, packaging requirements, insurance, customs procedures and carrier pricing.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, shipping costs are calculated separately and may be added during checkout, quotation or order confirmation.

Additional charges such as remote area fees, special handling fees, storage fees, customs charges, import duties, local taxes, brokerage fees, bank charges or carrier surcharges may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only.

VATPAN STORE is not responsible for delays caused by cargo companies, customs authorities, logistics providers, public authorities, incorrect delivery information or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Türkiye Domestic Deliveries

For orders delivered within Türkiye, shipments may be sent through domestic cargo or logistics providers depending on the product size, weight and destination.

Large, heavy or bulky products may require special packaging, palletized shipment or logistics delivery.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is accessible for the selected delivery method. Additional costs caused by inaccessible delivery areas, incorrect address details or repeated delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.

8. International Deliveries

VATPAN STORE may ship products internationally where shipping is available and legally permitted.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for confirming that the products can be legally imported, installed and used in the destination country.

International shipments may be subject to:

Customs duties
Import taxes
VAT or local taxes
Customs clearance fees
Brokerage fees
Storage fees
Inspection costs
Local certification or compliance requirements
Import restrictions or documentation requests

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these costs and obligations belong to the customer.

VATPAN STORE is not responsible for delays, additional charges, customs procedures, import restrictions or failed deliveries caused by local laws, customs authorities, incomplete import documents or customer-related issues in the destination country.

9. Delivery Address and Contact Information

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including:

Full name or company name
Delivery address
Phone number
Email address
Country, city and postal code
Tax/VAT information where required
Delivery contact person where applicable

VATPAN STORE is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional costs or returned shipments caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated delivery information provided by the customer.

If the customer requests an address change after the order has been processed or shipped, additional carrier fees, handling costs or delivery delays may apply.

10. Delivery Inspection

Customers must inspect the package at the time of delivery.

If the package is damaged, opened, crushed, wet, missing, incomplete or suspicious, the customer should:

Notify the carrier immediately
Request a damage report where applicable
Take clear photos of the package before opening
Keep the original packaging
Contact VATPAN STORE as soon as possible

For visible transport damage, claims should be supported with photos, carrier records and delivery documentation.

VATPAN STORE may not be able to process damage claims properly if the issue is not reported within a reasonable time or if the required carrier documentation is not provided.

11. Missing, Incorrect or Damaged Shipments

If you receive an incorrect product, missing item or damaged shipment, please contact VATPAN STORE as soon as possible.

Your request should include:

Order number
Customer name and contact information
Product name or SKU
Description of the issue
Photos or videos of the package and product
Carrier damage report where applicable

After reviewing the request, VATPAN STORE may offer replacement, repair, missing part shipment, refund or another appropriate solution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

12. Failed Delivery, Refused Delivery or Uncollected Shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered because of incorrect address information, unavailable recipient, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the shipment or customer-related reasons, the shipment may be returned to VATPAN STORE or held by the carrier.

In such cases, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs, return shipping costs, storage fees, customs charges, handling fees or re-delivery costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Custom-made or special-order products that are refused at delivery or not collected may not be eligible for refund.

13. Partial Shipments

VATPAN STORE may ship products in separate packages or partial shipments depending on stock availability, product size, packaging requirements, logistics efficiency or order quantity.

If an order is shipped in multiple packages, delivery dates may differ for each package.

Partial shipment does not cancel or invalidate the remaining part of the order unless otherwise confirmed by VATPAN STORE.

14. Packaging

VATPAN STORE aims to package products safely and appropriately according to product type, size, weight and shipping method.

Large or heavy products may be shipped with reinforced packaging, pallets, wooden crates or other protective solutions where necessary.

Customers should keep the original packaging until the product has been inspected and confirmed to be in good condition.

15. Risk and Responsibility During Shipping

VATPAN STORE takes reasonable care in preparing and handing over shipments to the carrier.

After the shipment is handed over to the carrier, delivery timing and transport handling may be subject to the carrier’s service conditions.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

For international shipments, risk, cost and responsibility may also depend on the agreed delivery terms, quotation, invoice, Incoterms or written agreement where applicable.

16. Force Majeure and Shipping Delays

VATPAN STORE is not responsible for shipping delays or delivery failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

Such events may include natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, epidemic, war, civil unrest, strikes, customs delays, transportation disruptions, supplier delays, carrier delays, power outages, cyber incidents, governmental restrictions, legal changes or other force majeure events.
